Paul is an award-winning CIO of the year (DigitalHealth.com) and was awarded a Cyber Leaders award by NHS Digital’s Cyber Associate Network in 2022.

Paul is currently the Digital Lead. His role supports the development of a local integrated digital strategy that fits within the ICS strategy.

Before that, Paul transitioned from CIO to a Digital Lead role to direct a set of shared programmes.

These were in response to national and regional strategic objectives funded by initiatives such as the Health Service Led Investment (HSLI) which Paul helped shape as a CIO at one of the Global Digital Exemplars.

To help health and care organisations deliver the very best services to their local populations through investment in digital technology, to encourage learning from each other and to develop teams to create and sustain transformations
