Mandy's most famous work was in delivering a large Trust's digital strategy, which saw her named CIO of the Year at the Digital Health Awards 2019.

Her accomplishments includes launching one of the largest Electronic Patient Records (EPR) in the country, as well as several other key IT projects at the trust. This included the directorship of The Health Informatics Service, a successful Information, Management and Technical support service, providing services across the UK to over 32,000 service users.

She describes this chapter as “giving back” by sharing her experiences as a NED and IT professional across the NHS whilst flying the flag for women in IT!

In her spare time, she conquers some of the classic long-distance walks like the Coast to Coast. Since acquiring our two dogs the walks are shorter... but just as pleasurable!
