Our Managing Director is fully trained in Agriculture having milked cows, driven combine harvesters and tractors where he picked up on the importance of applying common sense.

The 90's were spent analysing the financial accounts of agricultural businesses, before helping create the first Window's versions of agricultural management and accounting software.

In the late 90s, he made a switch to healthcare, where David started in primary care, swiftly experiencing community and secondary care. His motto is to "find good people and give them the space and support to do their thing". Whilst continuing his passion for sailing his International Contender, he took breaks to attend championships around the world.

Racing is a good contrast to work; when he’s on his boat, he has a favourite phrase, "If you are in control, you are not going fast enough" work is the opposite.
